Our services are available to you 24/7. Call or e-mail us at any time of the day or night and we will make sure that all your problems are sorted in the quickest way possible. Our friendly staff will keep track of any problem you encounter and make sure that it is resolved to your satisfaction.
We calculate our rates at 15-minute increments after the minimum charge. So if our professional removalists take an extra five minutes to handle your table with care, you won’t be charged for an extra hour.
Each of our team members are polite, fit and well trained. We know how to move any kind of items safely without any damage, and how to lift heavy objects correctly. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
We are fully insured everywhere in Australia, and an insurance policy is available upon your request. If we damage your item during the move, we cover $100 per item and no more than 5 items during the job. Photos and/or other evidence must be provided.
